Griffin Parc is a wonderful place to park yourself in Frisco!

Griffin Parc is an active community located in North Frisco on Legacy Dr. at El Dorado Pkwy. The community boasts lots of things to entertain the kids, and the big kids, too! Central Park is centrally located in the community and has open space, shade and seating offered in the Gazebo, and a peaceful serene fountain. Crescent Park is located Eldorado & Teel is 5 acres and bids were taken this spring while construction is expected 2008. It will serve the residents of Griffin Parc, Shaddock Creek Estates, Heather Ridge and Kings Garden subdivisions.

Griffin Parc also has a great community pool and playground between Phase I and Phase II. We have a Memorial Day through Labor Day (generally) pool weather season here, so we North Texans love to take a dip in this up to 100 degree weather we’re having right now this June. Conveniently, a Frisco Fire Station is also located in the community. The nearby Trails golf course is open for public play. Memberships are available on a limited basis. More amenities you can enjoy include hike and bike trails that run just south of Veneto, tennis courts south of Griffin Middle School, soccer field, football field, basketball court, sand pit north of Pink Elementary and track at the very well maintained surface of the Griffin Middle School track.

Speaking of the embedded in Griffin Parc Pink Elementary and Griffin Middle schools, they are excellent!
